Diablo 3’s health bar is a war crime. If, and I appreciate this is improbable, but if I saw it in the street, if I saw that orb rolling around, just doing some shopping in Boots or whatever, I would chase it down and throw it onto a roof. I would slam dunk it into a bin.

Problem: Right now when monster health bars are enabled, it only shows you the health of monsters on your screen that you have already damages.

Possible Solution: What I would like to see is this display the health bar of every enemy on screen regardless of if they've been damaged or not. I turned this on to see exactly how many swarms or eels were attacking me and this will just make that easier.

So my suggestions on Health Bar in Diablo 3 is do it like Riot with League of Legends does it. When you get a shield, it's added as coloured health to your health bar/globe.
